Aromatherapy Soaps
Adding essential oils to soap is one way to enjoy aromatherapy. But use soap sparingly, and only where you need it. To avoid over drying your skin, wash in warm water instead of hot.
Uplifting soap
Lavender and grapefruit make an uplifting bath and shower soap.
25 drops lavender essential oil
15 drops grapefruit essential oil
125ml(4fl oz) liquid castile body soap
Add the oils to the soap and stir thoroughly. Store in a plastic squeezetop
bottle and shake before using.
Calming soap
Sandalwood, lavender, and clary sage make a calming soap.
25 drops sandalwood essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops clary sage essential oil
125ml(4fl oz)

Energizing soap
Lavender, rosemary and peppermint make an energizing soap.
20 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops rosemary essential oil
