Also called: Trailing swamp cranberry.

Source: Bogs from Newfoundland west to Manitoba in Canada, south to Virginia and into the Midwest in the United States.
Berries are produced commercially in Massachusetts and Wisconsin.

Medicinal Uses: Prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections; nutrition.

Part used:
Fruit (berries).

Forms available: Whole fruit, raw or jellied, juice, fruit concentrate, capsules.
