Yeast Infection

Yeast infections are characterized by vaginal itching, irritation, and inflammation accompanied by a white discharge. These common infections are caused by an overgrowth of Candida albicans, fungi that normally inhabit the vagina. Overgrowth is often caused by a general systemic weakness brought on by stress, a high-sugar diet, or hormonal fluctuations, which upset the normal acidic balance of the vagina.

Starve the fungi
Help prevent vaginal yeast infections by avoiding sugars and refined foods. which feed the Candida albicans organism.Take supplements of
Lactobocillus acidophilus, one with
each meal for one month, to help repopulate the healthy intestinal flora that keep fungi in check.

Restore healthy vaginal flora
After a yeast infection, help restore the healthy flora in the vagina by inserting a capsule of Loctobacillus acidophilus into the vagina at night before sleeping. Repeat each night for two weeks. The capsule will dissolve during the night
